Sec. 38a-590. (Formerly Sec. 38-174vv). Commissioner's power to adopt regulations. The commissioner may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as he deems necessary to effect the purposes of sections 38a-577 to 38a-590, inclusive.
