Sec. 46b-115u. Definitions. As used in sections 46b-115u to 46b-115gg, inclusive, “petitioner” means a person who seeks enforcement of a child custody determination, and “respondent” means a person against whom a proceeding has been commenced for enforcement of a child custody determination.
