Sec. 46b-116k. Withdrawal of parental, custodial consent in Indian child foster care placement proceedings. Any parent or Indian custodian who voluntarily consents to a foster care placement under state law may withdraw such consent at any time and, upon such withdrawal, the Indian child shall be returned to the parent or Indian custodian.
