Sec. 46b-476. Acknowlegment of parentage. A person who gave birth to a child and an alleged genetic parent of the child, a presumed parent under section 46b-488, or an intended parent under sections 46b-509 to 46b-517, inclusive, may sign an acknowledgment of parentage to establish the parentage of the child.
