Sec. 52-627. Status of receiver as lien creditor. On appointment of a receiver, the receiver has the status of a lien creditor under:

(1) Article 9 of title 42a as to receivership property that is personal property or fixtures; and

(2) Any provision of the general statutes that provides for filing on the land records of a town a certificate as to receivership property that is real property.
