Definitions

(a) For purposes of this chapter, the term: (1) "Child development facility" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-2031(3). (2) "Community-based organization" or "CBO" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1C). (3) "Early childhood development provider" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1G). (4) "Subsidy" means supplemental payments made by the Mayor pursuant to § 4-404.01.
