Rules

(a) The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], shall issue rules to implement the provisions of § 48-851.03. The rules shall specify safe, secure, and environmentally sound methods for health care facilities to dispose of used and unused pharmaceuticals. (b) The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], may issue rules to implement the provisions of § 48-851.02.
