Public restroom partnership agreements

(a) The Director may enter into an MOU, partnership, or cost-sharing agreement with one or more third-party entities to support additional public restroom facilities under the Department of Public Works's contract. (b) The contract authorized by section § 10-1053.01(b) shall allow for third-party sponsorships, to be displayed on the exterior of a public restroom facility.
