Definitions

For the purposes of this part, the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:(1) “Receiving agency” means any department or agency of the Federal Government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under this part.(2) “Sending agency” means any department or agency of the Federal Government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under this part.History.—s. 2, ch. 65-524; s. 34, ch. 2023-8.
