Lamps on parked motorcycles

(1) Every motorcycle must comply with the provisions of s. 316.229 regarding lamps on parked vehicles and the use thereof.(2) Motor-driven cycles need not be equipped with parking lamps or otherwise comply with the provisions of s. 316.229.(3) A violation of this section is a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as a nonmoving violation as provided in chapter 318.
