Exemption

Any operator who extracts resources from any one site, not to exceed 20 acres over the life of the mine, or who extracts peat for agricultural purposes is exempt from the provisions of s. 378.801.History.—s. 1, ch. 86-294; s. 7, ch. 2007-191.
