Eligible applicants

To receive a grant, an applicant must:(1) Be a local government within this state;(2) Be able to demonstrate a clear need for the financial assistance made available through ss. 420.421-420.429; and(3) Be certified by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation as a participant.History.—s. 6, ch. 79-259; s. 4, ch. 85-265.
