Quality of assistance

Any advice and assistance provided under ss. 589.28-589.34 shall be the responsibility of the State Forester and the Florida Forest Service and shall be conducted under the supervision of a professional forester in an efficient and competent manner by personnel who have the required education, training and experience to accomplish the objectives of these sections.
