Except as otherwise ordered by the court or as mutually agreed upon by the parties, every judgment or decree entered in any court against any prepaid limited health service organization for the recovery of money must be fully satisfied within 60 days after the entry thereof, or, in the case of an appeal from such judgment or decree, within 60 days after the affirmance of the judgment or decree by the appellate court.History.—s. 43, ch. 93-148.
