An Internet pharmacy that distributes a medicinal drug to any person in this state without being permitted as a pharmacy under this chapter commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.History.—s. 4, ch. 2004-387.
