The requirements of this part shall apply only prior to the completion of the initial order for the online automatic renewal or continuous service; provided, however, that an acknowledgment that includes the automatic renewal offer terms or continuous service offer terms, cancellation policy, and information regarding how to cancel, and the notice 352 10-1-439.11 SELLING/OTHER TRADE PRACTICES 10-1-439.13 required pursuant to subsection (b) of Code Section 10-1-439.9 may be fulfilled after the completion of the initial order.
