(a) Applications for registration shall be made on forms prescribed and furnished by the board; shall contain statements made under oath, showing the applicant’s education and a detailed summary of the applicant’s technical work; and shall contain not fewer than five 707 12-6-50 CONSERVATION & NATURAL RES. 12-6-52 references, of whom three or more shall be registered foresters having personal or professional knowledge of the applicant’s forestry experience. (b) The registration fee for a license as a registered forester shall be an amount established by the board.
