— This Code section formerly pertained to criminal possession of explosives. The former Code section was based on Ga. L. 1967, p. 452, § 1; Code 1933, § 26-1404, enacted by Ga. L. 1968, p. 1249, § 1; Ga. L. 1991, p. 324, § 1 and was repealed by Ga. L. 1996, p. 416, § 2, effective May 1, 1996.
