(a) The articles of organization shall set forth the name of the limited liability company, which name must satisfy the requirements of Code Section 14-11-207. (b) The articles of organization may set forth: (1) That management of the limited liability company is vested in one or more managers; and (2) Any other provisions not inconsistent with law.
