It shall be the duty of all corporations incorporated by the Secretary of State to file with the Secretary of State an annual registration as prescribed by Code Section 14-2-1622. (Ga. L. 1989, p. 1027, § 32.) COMMENT Note to 1969 Amendment The 1969 amendment to this section added trust companies as corporations exempt from making annual reports. Note to 1977 Amendment The 1977 amendment to this section changed the filing date for annual reports by Secretary of State corporations from November 1 to April 1 to correspond with the April 1 filing date for annual reports required of corporations organized under the Georgia Business Corporation Code. See § 14-2-351.
