This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the ‘‘Georgia Court-connected Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.’’ (Code 1981, § 15-23-1, enacted by Ga. L. 1993, p. 1529, § 1; Ga. L. 1997, p. 874, § 1.)
