The Commissioner or director or such officers’ designees or any law enforcement officer or fire official may obtain an inspection warrant as provided in Code Section 25-2-22.1 to conduct a search or inspection of: (1) Any person licensed pursuant to Title 25 to manufacture, possess, transport, sell, distribute, or use a destructive device or detonator within the state; (2) Any person licensed pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 2 to manufacture, possess, transport, sell, or distribute or use pesticides; or (3) Any property where such pesticide, destructive device, or detonator is manufactured, possessed, transported, distributed, or used.
