The general corporation laws of this state applicable to nonprofit corporations, as amended from time to time, and all powers and rights thereunder shall apply to the associations organized under this article, 502 2-10-108 MARKETING FACILITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, ETC. 2-10-110 except where such laws are in conflict or inconsistent with the express provisions of this article.
