The Commissioner is authorized to deny, suspend, or revoke any license, registration, or permit provided for in this article, subject to a hearing and in conformance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,’’ in any case in which he finds that there has been a failure or refusal to comply with this article or regulations adopted hereunder. 279 History. — Ga.
