Definitions

As used in this article, the term: (1) ‘‘Board of regents’’ means the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. (2) ‘‘Council’’ means the Education Coordinating Council created in Article 1 of this chapter. (3) ‘‘Director’’ means the director of the Office of Student Achievement. (4) ‘‘Early intervention program’’ means the program established under Code Section 20-2-153. (5) ‘‘Office’’ means the Office of Student Achievement. (Code 1981, § 20-14-20, enacted by Ga.
