Editor’s notes

Ga. L. 2000, p. 618, § 1, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ‘A Plus Education Reform Act of 2000.’” Former subsection (e) was repealed on its own terms effective January 1, 2011. Ga. L. 2013, p. 1091, § 6/HB 244, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2014, and shall be applicable beginning in school year 2014-2015.”
