Division to administer part

The division shall be the administrator of this part. (Code 1933, § 40-602a, enacted by Ga. L. 1978, p. 911, § 1; Code 1981, § 45-13-81; Code 1981, § 20-3-47.1, as redesignated by Ga. L. 2013, p. 594, § 1-3/HB 287; Ga. L. 2015, p. 5, § 20/HB 90.) The 2015 amendment, effective March 13, 2015, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted ‘‘this part’’ for ‘‘this article’’ at the end of this Code section.
