As used in this article, the term: (1) ‘‘Board of trustees’’ or ‘‘board’’ means the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Military College. (2) ‘‘College’’ means the Georgia Military College. (Code 1981, § 20-3-540, enacted by Ga. L. 1990, p. 579, § 1.) 20-3-541. Creation of board of trustees.
