Definitions

As used in this article, the term: (1) ‘‘Existing petroleum pipeline’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (2) ‘‘Expansion’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (3) ‘‘Extension’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (4) ‘‘Maintenance’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (5) ‘‘New petroleum pipeline’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (6) ‘‘Parallel petroleum pipeline’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1. (7) ‘‘Petroleum pipeline’’ shall have the same meaning as set forth in Code Section 12-17-1.
