A reciprocal insurer shall: (1) Have and use a business name. The name shall include the word ‘‘reciprocal’’ or ‘‘interinsurer’’ or ‘‘interinsurance’’ or ‘‘exchange’’ or ‘‘underwriters’’ or ‘‘underwriting’’; and (2) Bring and defend actions in its own name.
