As used in this article, the term: (1) ‘‘Capitol Square’’ means that area designated as such by Code Section 50-2-28. (2) ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the commissioner of public safety. (3) ‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Public Safety. (4) ‘‘Division’’ means the Capitol Police Division of the department created by this article.
