Commissioner of public safety — Rank in Uniform Division; chief officer

As prescribed by the board, the commissioner may rank as senior colonel in the Uniform Division and may be the chief officer thereof or the board may appoint a colonel in the Uniform Division as the chief officer thereof. 28 History. — Ga.
