As used in this chapter, the term: (1) ‘‘Academy’’ means the Georgia County Leadership Academy. (2) ‘‘Board’’ means the Board of the Georgia County Leadership Academy. 467 36-20-5 (3) ‘‘County governing authority’’ means the governing authority as defined in paragraph (7) of Code Section 1-3-3 and an elected chief executive officer of a county.
