Termination of districts

O.C.G.A. § 36-43-9 — under Title 36.

O.C.G.A. § 36-43-9

Any district which is created or renewed pursuant to Code Section 36-43-5 shall terminate and cease to exist on a date specific no less than 815 36-43-9 five years and no more than ten years from the date of its creation or renewal by ordinance.
