O.C.G.A. § 37-1-110

The General Assembly finds and determines that: (1) Over the last decade the State of Georgia has invested significant resources toward the transformation of the behavioral health service delivery system; and (2) The conclusion of the settlement agreement with the United States Department of Justice will mark significant accomplishments in system performance and presents the opportunity to conduct a systematic study to promote the continued progress of the state 35 37-1-112 behavioral health system. Such a study and the formulation of recommendations for behavioral health innovation can best be carried out through an established commission. History. — Code 1981, § 37-1-110, enacted by Ga.
