As used in this title, the term: (1) ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Georgia. (2) ‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Agriculture of the State of Georgia. 4-1-2. State veterinarian — Qualifications; term of office; assistants.
