Article 2 of Chapter 8 of this title shall be applicable to offenders sentenced to community service or educational advancement pursuant to this article. Article 3 of Chapter 8 of this title shall be applicable to first offenders sentenced to community service or educational advancement pursuant to this article. Article 6 of Chapter 8 of this title shall be applicable to misdemeanor or ordinance violator offenders sentenced to community service or educational advancement pursuant to this article. History.
