O.C.G.A. § 43-20-20

Any person who dispenses or sells hearing aid devices or instruments without a license or who otherwise is in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. For the purposes of this chapter, such misdemeanor shall be considered a crime involving moral turpitude. History. Ga. L. 1970, p. 653, § 21; Code 1933, § 84-9982, enacted by Ga.
