The board shall have the authority to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer this chapter and effectuate the purposes expressed in this chapter. The rules and regulations shall include, but are not limited to, provisions establishing qualifications of applicants and procedures for examination of candidates. 679 History. — Ga.
