Continuing review by commission

The commission shall continually review marketers’ compliance with rules promulgated in accordance with Code Sections 46-4-158.2, 46-4-158.3, and 46-4-158.4. (Code 1981, § 46-4-158.5, enacted by Ga. L. 2002, p. 475, § 15.) Effective date. — This Code section became effective April 25, 2002. Editor’s notes. — Ga.
