No limousine carrier shall operate any limousine for the transportation of passengers for compensation on any public highway in this state except in accordance with the provisions of this article. In accordance with an executive order issued June 29, 2001, by the Governor, 46-7-85.4 the reenactment of this Code section by Ga. L. 2000, p. 951, became fully effective July 1, 2001. 46-7-85.3.
