O.C.G.A. § 46-7-9

The commissioner shall collect the following fees pursuant to this article: (1) A fee of $75.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates fewer than six motor vehicles; (2) A fee of $150.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates six to 15 motor vehicles; (3) A fee of $200.00 to accompany each application for a certificate, or amendment to an existing certificate, where the applicant owns or operates more than 15 motor vehicles; (4) A fee of $75.00 to accompany each application for transfer of a certificate; (5) A fee of $50.00 to accompany each application for intrastate temporary emergency authority under Code Section 46-7-13; and (6) A fee of $50.00 to accompany each application for a motor carrier of property permit. The 2004 amendment, effective July 1, 2004, deleted ‘‘of public convenience and necessity’’ following ‘‘certificate’’ in paragraphs (1) through (3). Editor’s notes. — Ga. L. 2000, p. 951, § 13-1, not codified by the General Assembly, provides that the 2000 Act which amended this Code section becomes fully effective July 1, 2001, but authorizes administrative action commencing April 28, 2000, for purposes of appointing certain officials, adopting rules and regulations, employing personnel, and preparing for and phasing in full implementation; provided, however, that the Governor may by executive order extend the date for full implementation of the Act to no later than July 1, 2003. In accordance with an executive order issued June 29, 2001, by the Governor, the amendment of this Code section by Ga. L. 2000, p. 951, became fully effective July 1, 2001.
