Report by track and section foremen as to livestock killed

All track or section foremen shall report, in such manner and at such times as may be required by federal law, the different marks and brands of all livestock killed upon their respective sections, specifying in their report on what part of their sections such livestock were or may have been killed, by means of referring to a designated place on the section. Such reports shall be filed with the station agent nearest the point at which the livestock were killed, on their respective sections, if any, and if not, then with the agent nearest the point at which the livestock were killed.
