(a) For 2019, the value of the local assistance grant to any county shall be increased by an amount equal to 80 percent of the difference between the value of the local assistance grant such county received for 2018 and the amount for which such county is eligible to receive in 2019. (b) For 2020, the value of the local assistance grant to any county shall be increased by an amount equal to 60 percent of the difference between the value of the local assistance grant such county received for 2018 and the amount for which such county is eligible to receive in 2020. (c) For 2021, the value of the local assistance grant to any county shall be increased by an amount equal to 40 percent of the difference between the value of the local assistance grant such county received for 2018 and the amount for which such county is eligible to receive in 2021. (d) For 2022, the value of the local assistance grant to any county shall be increased by an amount equal to 20 percent of the difference between the value of the local assistance grant such county received for 2018 and the amount for which such county is eligible to receive in 2022.
