(a) For purposes of the language contained in the Code sections referenced in subsection (b) of this Code section, the term ‘‘agency’’ shall include the tribunal. (b) Only the following provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 13 of this title shall apply to the tribunal and its administration: (1) Code Section 50-13-3, except for paragraph (4) of subsection (a); (2) Code Section 50-13-4, except for paragraphs (3) and (4) of subsection (a) and subsections (b), (g), (h), and (i); (3) Code Section 50-13-6, except for paragraph (2) of subsection (c); (4) Code Section 50-13-7; (5) Code Section 50-13-8; and (6) Code Section 50-13-10.
