O.C.G.A. § 50-4-2

For its internal structure, each department shall adhere to the following standard terms: (1) The principal unit of a department is a division. Each division shall be headed by a director or deputy, except as otherwise provided; and (2) The principal unit of a division is a section. Each section shall be headed by a supervisor. History. Ga.
