Within 30 days after the completion of its fiscal year, each commission shall provide to the Board of Community Affairs a report containing the following information: (1) The name and address of each contractor, public or private, with which the commission contracted and which received more than a total of $500.00 from the commission; and (2) The amount of public funds received by the contractor from the commission.
