O.C.G.A. § 50-8-66 — Civil ﬁne for violations

Any employee who violates Code Section 50-8-61, 50-8-62, or 50-8-63 shall be subject to a civil ﬁne not to exceed $10,000.00. History. Code 1981, § 50-8-66, enacted by Ga.
