An express revocation may be effected by a subsequent will or other written instrument that is executed, subscribed, and attested with the same formality as required for a will. Subsection (b) of former OCGA Sec. 53-2-73 is replaced by Code Sec. 53-4-45. Section 53-4-45 describes the result when a subsequent will or other writing that revokes a will is itself revoked.
