Amendments to the articles of incorporation, adopted by a vote of two-thirds of the member financial institutions present at an annual meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose, shall be filed with 613 7-2-4 the Secretary of State in the same manner as the original articles and shall become effective upon approval by the department and subsequent notification of the Secretary of State.
